Terms

• Bookings are acceptable over the telephone, fax or via the Extra Mile website.
• Where a return discounted price is quoted the payment is due on completion of the outward journey.
• Your booking will be confirmed, with details of outward journey, collection times and mobile number for use in case of delays or emergencies.
• To avoid wasting time, wherever practical our chauffeurs check flight arrival times. Should our chauffeurs once at the airport have to wait for over one hour, we reserve the right to charge £9 per hour or part thereof, otherwise only the cost of car parking is payable.
• Payments can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Extra Mile UK Ltd.
